Do you need a prototype? In my lab, I have an RF milling machine. I have prototyped RF circuits to 6GHz using the LPKF Protomat C60. With a prototype, you can try different approaches to a problem. Once stages are matched and design goals are achieved, then you can go to PCB with confidence.
